register for iStore.
Then, after your account is established, you can access information
that is specific to your company.
For Buyers, Finance and Repair Personnel
- Buyers
Buyers can order factory-new spare parts,see pricing and availability, check order status, or find shipping and
tracking information. Minimum order amount is $150.00 USD. Returned material may
be subject to a 20% restocking fee. “Expedite Priorities” may be subject to an
Expedite Fee.
- Product Repair Status
Customers that return products for repair or modification can check on the
status of the items, or find shipping and tracking information.
- Invoice Information
Customers can see credit memos, check their available credit limit, see invoices
and debit memos, or payment history.
